By placing an order with Shukla Defence and Uniforms you agree to these terms. All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Products
We make every effort to display products accurately; minor variations in colour and texture may occur. We are a private commercial brand — our products carry no official insignia and imply no government or armed-forces affiliation.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed once payment is authorised. We may cancel and refund orders affected by pricing errors or stock unavailability.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Indian law.
