14-day returns
Unused items in original condition with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We offer free one-time exchanges on clothing and footwear, subject to stock.
Non-returnable items
Made-to-measure uniforms, customised items and final-sale clearance products cannot be returned unless defective.
How to start a return
Contact us with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll share a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5–7 working days of receiving the items.
